My yoga journey began when I was 15, practicing along with VHS tapes in my living room — a gift from my mom that shaped my life. At 18 I discovered Ashtanga yoga, and fell in love with the connection between movement, breath, and focus. 


I spent many years as a professional strength and physique athlete. That background gave me a deep understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and the mindset needed for growth — all of which now shape how I guide students on the mat. I love incorporating eclectic music into my classes — it sets the tone and helps shape the energy of our practice. Whether we’re flowing through a classic vinyasa, exploring creative transitions, or playing with arm balances and handstands, my goal is to help you connect more deeply to your body, your breath, and yourself.


Yoga has changed my life. It’s made me more patient, introspective, and empathetic — and I’m passionate about sharing that transformation with others.
